Commission Process Step-by-Step

1. Initial Contact

Reach out to me with the details of what you’d like for your commission. Please be as detailed as possible! Include things like:

  • Character details (appearance, personality, etc.)
  • Pose or concept ideas
  • Colour preferences
  • Any references (images, descriptions, etc.)
  • Your PayPal email for invoicing

2. Discussion and Agreement

Once I have all the details, we’ll discuss the specifics and any adjustments you’d like to make. I'll ask any clarifying questions if needed, and we’ll finalize the commission details together.

3. Slot Availability and Scheduling

I currently have a limited number of slots open for commissions. Once we’ve finalized the details, I’ll confirm that I have an open slot for your commission. When your commission slot is confirmed, I’ll give you an estimated timeline and, once payment is received, I’ll begin working on your piece.

4. Invoice and Payment

After we’ve agreed on the details, I will send you an invoice through PayPal. {If the commission } Full payment is required upfront before I begin the commission.

Once your payment is received, your commission will be added to my queue, and I’ll get started on your artwork! I’ll keep you updated with progress, and if any issues arise, I’ll communicate with you right away.

5. Work in Progress Updates

Throughout the creation process, you will receive updates at key stages (e.g., sketches, lineart, etc.). You can request up to 10 alterations (small edits are free!). If you ever feel unsure or want to make changes, don't hesitate to ask—I'll be happy to make sure we’re on the right track.

I’m here to protect your interests as the buyer—if anything seems off or unclear, I’ll explain and work with you until you’re happy with the result.

6. Completion and Final Approval

Once the commission is finished, I’ll send you the final artwork for approval. You can request any minor edits, and once you’re satisfied with everything, I’ll finalise the piece and send it over to you.

The final files include a signature version for online galleries and a clean version. Typically I'll export as PNG, but please feel free to request other filetypes.

Terms of Service

1. General Guidelines and Restrictions

I do not accept commissions involving the following:

  • Scat
  • Woundfucking
  • Prolapse
  • Rape or non-consensual scenarios
  • "Fatal" scenarios
  • "Cub" or pedophilic content— Including characters of dubious or unknown age that appear more childish

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting these boundaries.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before I begin work on any commission.
  • Payments will be made via PayPal, and an invoice will be sent to you.
  • The content of the artwork will adhere to PayPal policies. If the commission does not comply with PayPal's policies, we will consider alternative methods of payment.
  • Payments must be completed before I start the commission process.
  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been accepted, unless I am unable to fulfill the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Process and Communication

  • Sketch and Lineart Updates: You will receive updates for sketches, lineart, colour and shading during the creation process. I will make reasonable changes to the artwork based on your requests.
  • Alterations: I offer a maximum of 10 alterations per commission, excluding small edits. After the sketch phase is approved, large pose or design changes will incur an additional fee.
  • Complexity and Extra Fees: Some characters with extreme detail (e.g., intricate armour, complex patterns, or special accessories) may require an extra fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed prior to starting the commission.

4. Timeframe

Commissions typically take between 3 days to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload.

If there is any delay in the completion of your commission, I will keep you updated and inform you of an estimated timeline.

  • All artwork created is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may display or share your commissioned piece, but credit to me, the artist, is appreciated.
  • You may not claim the artwork as your own.
  • You are welcome to modify or edit the artwork once completed, as long as it is clearly disclosed that the artwork has been edited or altered. However, you may not claim the original artwork as your own or remove my signature or credit.
  • For commercial use (such as prints, merchandise, etc.), please inquire about licensing fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason, with a full refund issued if work has not been started.
  • If work has already commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed, at my discretion.

7. Confidentiality

I generally post all completed commissions online, including on my social media and portfolio, unless you specifically request that your commission not be shared. If you prefer privacy, please let me know in advance, and I will respect your wishes.

8. Behaviour and Communication

Please be respectful and polite throughout the commission process.

I will not engage in any harassment or disrespectful behaviour, and I reserve the right to stop working on any commission if I feel uncomfortable or disrespected.

9. Final Approval

Upon completion of the commission, you will receive a final piece for approval. Any last-minute changes will be made at this stage. If you’re happy, the commission will be finalised, and the final files will be sent to you.
